Toronto, Canada, January 1, 2009 – Orion Wine Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of the Winery Division of POS Resources Inc.
