December 15, 2009 - Orion Wine Software has released Blend Production version 4.5. The following is a highlight list of the major enhancements and changes in this version. Orion Wine Software Inc. Acquires the Winery Division of POS Resources Inc.

Toronto, Canada, January 1, 2009 – Orion Wine Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of the Winery Division of POS Resources Inc.
“The acquisition of POS Resources provides Orion the opportunity to expand our offerings in the wine industry and apply our proven operational models and strategies” said Mark Dalby, General Manager. “We are excited that we have been able to build upon a new vertical market that we recently entered and welcome the employees, customers and products into the Orion family”
