DarWine is a web-based depletion management program that drills down to account level information. The DarWine application can be bundled with data collection, or paired with data collected from Beverage Data Network (BDN). The service can be tailored to any size winery, to ensure excellent return on investment.
DarWine offers numerous standard reports, that are categorized either as Depletion Reports or Analysis Reports. Depletion Reports are straightforward, unfussy reflections of who is buying your products, in volume and by account. Depletion Reports include Depletions by Brand, Distributor Depletion by Regional Representative, Customer Depletion by Distributor, and many others.
Analysis Reports offer more contemplative looks at your numbers. Reports in this category include Customer/Product Cross Table, New Accounts by Month, Sales by Product Comparison, and Market Distribution. All reports are standard, but may be tailored and re-named as the winery sees fit.
National Account/Chain and Target reports, as well as Inventory reports are also standard.
